- Take the trash to the container located in the parking area.

10 KWH of electricity are included everyday. Overages are not included and will be charged separately at 4 MXN per kw. (this is simply to prevent potential damage in AC unit for running all day.)

Don't use glass containers in the pool area.
Please keep the apartment clean

Turn off the lights and AC unit when not using it.
