About The balcony
Please be careful while cleaning to do not drop garbage or water to the downside neighbors.

To prevent water damage to the wood floors, please close the doors and windows while raining.
About the kitchen
Please change monthly the Kitchen Hood filters.

When exiting the apartment, always check that the gas grill and oven are turned off.

Please be gentle with the Kitchen Hood boutons.
​
Please do not use metallic sponge in metal goods because it tends to scratch it.

About the Bathroom
To prevent humidity always use the exhaust fans while taking a shower.
​
Prevent clogs in the bathroom sink and shower drain by using a non-corrosive pipe cleaner once a month to keep debris from slipping further down the pipe.

REMEMBER Personnel hired by you who are continually entering the condominium (domestic workers, drivers, gym instructors, etc.) needs to be notified to the administrator and any gift given by residents to service personnel or object to be removed from the apartment must be notified through an exit pass or an email so that the personnel of the private security company of the Condominium can Check it at the exit. Otherwise it cannot be removed from the apartment.
